The Manager, Product Engineering will oversee the activity of software engineering
resources within the Development organization. This includes staffing, developing,
implementing, and maintaining a system of coding standards and practices for
Customer products throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC). This
position will directly supervise 1 to 3 scrum teams of software engineers.
Experience
Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2-3 years of direct
experience, with 1+ year of management experience.
Minimum Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in the software development field
• 1+ years of supervisory experience
• Experience managing development teams and processes using Agile
methodology.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Azure DevOps (or other software project
management tool), Visual Studio, and other related development tools.
• Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft development technologies
including .NET, Azure services, among others.
