The Key Account Manager is a crucial position responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with a company's most important clients. These clients generate a significant portion of the company's revenue, and the KAM plays a central role in ensuring their satisfaction and continued growth.


Responsibilities 

  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, trusting relationships with a portfolio of key clients. Be their primary point of contact and become a trusted advisor.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and challenges. Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve mutually beneficial goals, including revenue growth and account expansion.
  • Solutions Selling: Proactively identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and propose solutions that meet their specific needs.
  • Client Success: Regularly assess client needs and satisfaction. Address any concerns promptly and ensure clients are successful using your company's products or services.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients across all levels. Collaborate effectively with internal teams (sales, marketing, customer service) to ensure seamless client experience.
  • Growth & Reporting: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor account health and progress towards goals. Prepare reports for both clients and internal stakeholders.



Education /background

Skillset

  • Degree in Marketing, Business admin or related field
  • Experience as a KAM for technology solutions
  • Proven experience in B2B and great communications skills 
  • English level b2
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills 
  • Strategic thinker 
  • Deep understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) tools 
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities 
  • Results oriented
