Product development leader

A Product Development Manager (PDM)—often a software engineer, QA tester, or UX designer—is responsible for identifying new opportunities for developing a new marketable product from concept to distribution. They are also responsible for improving an existing product to meet customers’ needs better and invigorate a current market.

Responsibilities:

• Defining product vision and strategy in alignment with business objectives and market trends
• Overseeing the design, prototyping, and testing phases to ensure product specifications are met
• Monitoring product performance post-launch and incorporating feedback into future development
• Managing stakeholder communication, providing regular updates on product progress and milestones
• Implementing agile methodologies and best practices to enhance product development processes
• Leading and coordinating cross-functional teams throughout the product development lifecycle

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in software engineering, business administration or equivalent
• 3 years of experience in similar roles
• Agile methodology knowledge
• Strategic thinking
