We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Operations Director to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the delivery of standardized care with high levels of excellence, facilitating patient access to our medical health ecosystem, and coordinating processes and areas involved to guarantee efficient results for both patients and stakeholders.
**Responsibilities:**
1. **Standardized Care and Excellence:**
- Oversee and implement standardized care protocols and procedures to ensure high-quality healthcare services.
- Collaborate with medical professionals and staff to uphold excellence in patient care across all service areas.
- Continuously assess, improve and innovate processes to enhance the overall quality of healthcare delivery.
2. **Patient Access and Navigation:**
- Develop and implement strategies to facilitate seamless patient access to medical services and resources.
- Collaborate with front-line staff to streamline patient registration, scheduling, and navigation within the health ecosystem.
- Ensure that patient needs and expectations are met with efficiency and Human warmth.
3. **Efficiency and Coordination:**
- Coordinate and optimize processes across different areas of the medical center to guarantee efficient and effective results.
- Collaborate with department heads to streamline workflows, improve communication, and enhance overall operational efficiency.
- Act as a liaison between various stakeholders, fostering a collaborative and cohesive healthcare environment.
**Qualifications:**
- Industrial Engineer, Bachelor's Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in operations coordination, with a focus on standardization and excellence.
- Strong understanding in stakeholder management.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to lead and collaborate with diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong Knowledge and experience in lean or similar methodologies
