The Data Analyst will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting complex data sets
to help drive business decisions. The ideal candidate will have a strong proficiency in Power BI
and advanced Excel, along with a B1 level English proficiency.
• Collect, clean, and interpret data to identify trends and patterns.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize reports and dashboards using Power BI.
• Perform advanced data analysis using Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and complex
formulas.
• Collaborate with various departments to understand their data needs and provide insights.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Continuously seek ways to improve data collection and analysis processes.

• Minimum two years’ experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role with the ability to create

• Power BI, excel, MS Office Suite experience in a customer support/call center or retail
supporting environment
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI and Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
