Responsibilities:
1. Develop and Implement Growth Strategies:
- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive growth strategies aligned with
the company's overall objectives.
- Identify new market opportunities, product/service enhancements, and innovative
approaches to drive revenue growth.
2. Market Analysis and Opportunity Identification:
- Conduct thorough market analysis to identify customer needs, pains, and gains.
- Utilize market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas
for expansion.
3. Value Proposition Development:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling value propositions that
address the jobs, pains, and gains of both business partners and customers.
- Ensure alignment of value propositions with the company's brand and mission.
4. Strategic Partnerships and Relationship Building:
- Cultivate and manage strategic partnerships that contribute to the organization
growth objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients,
partners, and industry influencers.
5. **Financial Analysis and Performance Metrics:**
- Monitor and analyze financial performance related to growth initiatives.
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and
impact of growth strategies.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with operations, finance, and other teams to ensure seamless integration
of growth initiatives.
- Communicate effectively across the organization to garner support for growth
strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven experience in a strategic business growth role, with a track record of success in
driving revenue and profitability.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining
relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute tactically in a fast-paced
environment.
- Strong knowledge of the Business Model Canvas Methodology from Strategyzer (Ideally)
